Submission on the Sale and Supply of Alcohol (Community Participation) Amendment Bill

LGNZ supports the Bill and its proposals to improve communities’ ability to influence alcohol regulation in their area. This Bill will not only support councils and communities to address the negative impacts that unsafe and irresponsible consumption of alcohol has on community well-being but will better enable citizens to participate in local decision-making.
