Submission Interim on State Highway Speed Management Plan

LGNZ's submission’s focus is on encouraging Waka Kotahi to work closely with councils to involve local communities in the decision-making process around any speed change proposals.

We’ve also highlighted the need to ensure speed management doesn’t come at the cost of maintenance and renewals, which are essential to increase the safety of our state highway networks.
