LGNZ represents the interests of local authorities in Aotearoa New Zealand.

LGNZ is a membership body for councils/kaunihera across Aotearoa. All elected members are covered by their council’s/kaunihera membership.

In return, elected members gain benefit from LGNZ’s expertise, support and programmes providing benefit to the sector as a whole.
